All Australian orders will be shipped using express post and a flat rate charge of $10

All international orders over will incur a flat rate charge of $20.

 

We ship with Australia Post - Registered international service.

 

Delivery times are within: 

Australia 1-5 Business Days

New Zealand 5-7 Business Days

International 5-15 Business Days

 

All orders are processed and shipped the following business day unless otherwise advised. Please note at busy times orders will be shipped within 48hrs. If we can not ship on the next business day from purchase due to holiday/weekend or another unforeseen circumstance we will notify you via email.

Please note PREORDER or CUSTOM items are shipped once ready due to high demand and all details are in the items description. Also if you purchase available stock with a PREORDER or CUSTOM item the full order will be shipped once the preorder item is ready.

We want you and your little one to be happy with your purchase so if you are not happy for any reason we will exchange the product for a different size/style of the same $ amount. We will only offer refund on faulty items.

Please let us know of your intentions with in 7 days of delivery.

Postage to return a product is at the buyers cost but we will ship it back for free!(australian orders only, international orders are at the buyers cost) the item/smust be in original, unwashed and unworn condition. We dont offer exchange or refund on sale or discounted or sale items. If items were returned due to customers mistake we do not hold responsibility for a reshipment , this is at the customers expense.
